I don't own either one, yet so I really can't Vote and my opinion is from an Opponent's perspective.
There are a lot of really good Rhino pilots out there and they can be difficult to deal with at times but the Carnage is far more mobile and is able to bring considerable firepower to the battlefield. With the new Buff to the Ancile, even my L12 Orkans have a hard time taking it down when it is at +L11.
If you're looking to run and gun, I'd go with the Carnage ..

I don't think I would ever run two in the same hangar... So maybe save the points?

Carnages are pretty diverse fighters.
I got one Zeus Carny and another Thunder Carny.

Actually saw this guy, and he did VERY well:  Not sure about Zenit Carnage, but every other one is viable. However said all that I would advice (if you got resources) for Zeus Carny instead of Trident one. Reasons being: 1) Carny is a fragile being. So having 1 second shot is better than a 4 seconds burst. 2) Target tracking. You can target-lock the enemy and then run around, hiding and peeking around while still hitting the enemy. 3) 5 second reload is way better than 10 second reload 4) Zeus is AWESOME against Rogatka, Griffin, Cossack, Jesse, you name it. Fast and\or running bot would be hit by Zeus but sometimes won't be hit by Trident. 5) Dashes. Yes, I know that you most probably pissed off by everybody talking about Dashes, but they are coming pretty soon (my bet is on 28th of August) and hitting them with Trident won't be easy. |
