I think it's a legitimate question to get our votes here.
And some more people from the WIKI Forum might register here to vote.
So, will fake or, should I be politically correct here and say "alternative" accounts be allowed in voting?

No. If we do a contest based on voting, it will be ran with public voting via comments. No need to have a total shitshow.
Sorry to those that feel the need to vote in secrecy. You should feel comfortable freely expressing your opinions of others though, especially if you're just picking someone you like in a contest.

I never understood the idea behind the "secret vote".
Say, I like two guys. Not in a sexual way. Okay, maybe in a sexual. Not the point.
But if I pick one of them for some reason and the other would get really upset - that would signal me that that "other" guy is more or less drama queen, and prove my point.
So I am all for open voting!

Ok i get the humour of this thread, but experience has teached us (for me it was clear even before the event, and for someone else too) never pit players vs each other on a forum. it's like playing with fire. it's like being Sandor Clegane AND playing with fire.  |

Pickle Rick!, I suggest this forum move on from the Mr. IP crap that may have been it's Genesis. The more posts linking the contest ban and this forum, the less legitimacy it has.

Guys, I wasn't trying to come off as a cranky mr. mcbossypants, and I wasn't advocating a lock. I am just tired of seeing this new forum being referred to as the place launched out of spite by мιנαριკoo because of his ban. I know instead that this is a collaboration by Ⅎ₹ѺC₭₩ELDEℲ₹ , @battleangel , and мιנαριკoo , with blastronaut pitching in. I know that those creators have a better vision for what this can be. The Wiki forum voices will continue to call this place the crappy board made by ID, Blast, and Mijapi, (and they think we like to swear a lot or something). But we know its not that. Its better than that. I am merely pointing out that threads like these, even done tongue-in-cheek, feed the perception by others that this place is somehow linked with bad behavior. And before the next poster types "screw the others", let me say that while that's all fine and good, there are some knowledgeable folks on the wiki board that we should encourage to come here, and not discourage by reinforcing their somewhat false preconceived notions. |

It's merely an alternate option for forum goers to express their views a bit more loosely. Whether that leads to more fire trucks or not is irrelevant. It's simply another place to discuss the game, share tips and strategies, and swap opinions. I feel like we've done a good job so far differentiating ourselves enough to warrant people visiting both forums, and we will continue working to make this a unique and fun atmosphere to discuss our favorite mobile game. |
