The new location, Valley, is tight with obstacles in every direction making corner-shooting practically a must.
It has easy elevation changes that allow pilots to scale and gain brief advantages before getting forced off their perch and into a quick and dirty fight. I like it - a lot.
However, I find that the background music (BGM) is somewhat distracting. It is as loud as the sound effects and I find myself always keeping in one location because I cannot correctly identify the exact location of enemy fire like I can with other locations.
The BGM itself is of epic genre and also, in my opinion, doesn't quite suit the battlefield and/or the spirit of the game. I could deal with a reduction in volume of about 60%, which would add ambiance but may still be a distraction.
What are your opinions?
