I have level 9,9,5 tulumbas and level 6,6 pins. What should I run? Tulumbas fujin or RDB Griffin?

I'm seeing more and more Tulumba equipped Fujins. Plasma may be able to penetrate the Ancile but the range of the Tulumba can shutdown a lot of Opponents before they are in their own weapons range.
Although, in tight locations such as Dead City, the cover affords Plasma equipped mecha the ability to encroach upon Anciled Opponents.
If I was to hedge my bets though, I'd say RDB.

RDB has a stronger burst, and can jump clear of orkan or plasma range. That would be my preference. But leveling up 3 tulus could get you ready for an RDB haechi when they release...

Definitely get the fujin. 3 medium hardpoints and a built in ancile.
