No, some weapons aren't effective until lv11, while others start to work at lv9.

No, some weapons aren't effective until lv11, while others start to work at lv9. I think it's trebs. I have tried trebs level 8 and 9 they are not effective yet, but in test server all is level 8 and trebs is effective. Why it's not effective on live server

Why it's not effective on live server I wasn't sure I understood your question until I read this post. Perhaps the Trebs feel more effective on the test server because everything you're shooting at is level 8. I'm not sure but could it be that some of the bots you're shooting Trebs at on the live server are much higher than level 8, say level 12 for example. So you're expending a lot more ammo trying to bring them down ? My apologies if I'm not understanding your question correctly.
